These Terms of Service govern your use of hairblend.eu and any purchases made from Hairblend OÜ. By placing an order or contacting us, you agree to these terms. Our service is intended for professional hair extension masters and certified stylists purchasing 100% natural, single-donor human hair extensions.
1. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed personally by our team. We do not operate an automated checkout — every order is handled through direct communication via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or email.
- A formal invoice is issued for every purchase
- Payment is accepted via bank wire transfer
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been received
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion
2. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated per order based on destination and package weight, and will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances
- Delivery times vary by destination — we will provide an estimated timeframe at the time of order
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier
3. Returns & Refunds
We take quality seriously. If the texture of the hair does not match what you requested, you are entitled to return the bundle — subject to the quality check procedure below.
Required quality check before any return: Wash the hair with shampoo, apply conditioner, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry without using any heat tools. If you are still unsatisfied after completing this process, we will accept the return and issue a full refund for the bundle cost.
- Returns must be initiated within a reasonable time after receipt
- The quality check procedure must be completed prior to any return request
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds cover the bundle purchase amount only
- Hair that has been cut, chemically treated, or altered is not eligible for return
4. Liability
Hairblend OÜ is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow our care instructions. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase amount of the bundle in question.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in photography, screen calibration, and the natural characteristics of human hair.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on hairblend.eu — including text, photography, design, and branding — is the property of Hairblend OÜ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this address. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
