Welcome to Hairblend.eu. By ordering from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed via our social media channels with the help of our professional account managers.

  • Each order will have a proper invoice issued.

  • Payments can be made via wire transfer.

2. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping costs are calculated per order and are non-refundable.

3. Returns & Refunds

After receiving the hair, you may request a return if the texture does not match your initial request.

Before submitting a return, please complete this quality check:

  1. Wash the hair with shampoo without removing the production elastic bands.

  2. Apply conditioner or a hair mask to seal the cuticle.

  3. Rinse thoroughly.

  4. Let the hair air dry naturally, without using a blow dryer.

If, after completing this procedure, the bundle does not meet your request, we will accept it back and issue a 100% refund for the bundle cost.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Liability

  • Hairblend OÜ is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or care of the hair extensions.

  • Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the purchased bundles.
